Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Music Therapist in Sarnia offering personalized therapy for individuals, families, and seniors in Sarnia & Online.
Welcome! I'm Cynthia Fay, a Board-Certified Music Therapist with a Master’s in Music Therapy (MMT), an accredited MTA, and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
My approach is person-centered and flexible, using music as a powerful tool in the healing process. I create personalized musical experiences and collaborate with each client to develop meaningful goals. Whether you're navigating grief, mental health challenges, or simply want to explore music as part of your healing, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Music has always been my lifeline—helping me through grief, change, and healing from trauma. My hope is to offer that same sense of support to others, and to help create a ripple effect of healing in our community.

Our sessions are flexible and designed to meet the unique goals of each client. You do not need to be a professional musician to experience the benefits of Music Therapy! If you are a person who connects to music, and feels they could benefit from some extra support, then Music Psychotherapy may be a good fit for you!
We believe in making professional therapeutic support accessible — multiple pricing tiers are available after the Standard Assessment cost.
The process is as follows:
1) Free Consultation
2) Standard Assessment
3) Sessions can be booked as needed, based on your current financial situation.
Consultations are available for free if you have any questions.

At the end, there will be an in- person performance and sharing of songs created by our cohort.
Although this is not meant to be a replacement for therapy, this program is facilitated with a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens and integrates core principles of music therapy and youth mental health support.
